Traverse City, Mich., November 17, 2004 — Liz Sayre-King has always held an entrepreneurial spirit. A born leader and businesswoman, Liz has enjoyed much success throughout her career. On January 1, 2005, Liz will add President to her resume, as Liz will assume the role of President/Owner for Professional Solutions Plus (PSP).

Professional Solutions Plus offers staffing and human resources solutions for small to mid-size companies (2-50 employees). Two main service areas will be offered through PSP, employee leasing and medical billing.

"The main goal of PSP is to help business owners focus on growing and increasing profits," says Sayre-King. "We take care of the ‘behind the scenes' work and help them become more efficient and effective for their patient or customer base."

Employee Leasing services include recruitment & hiring of employees, payroll & benefit administration, training & staff development, unemployment & workers compensation claims, policy & procedure development and regulatory compliance.

Medical Billing services include electronic claims transmission, handling delinquent accounts & claims disputes, staff training, monthly reporting, payer enrollment and coding & compliance support.

Liz has over 16 years of human resource and management experience. After working with Munson Healthcare for the past several years in both employee leasing and medical billing, she is confident this type of service will flourish in the medical community as well as other sectors of the business community throughout the region.

"Northern Michigan's economy is largely held together by small and mid-size businesses," according to Sayre-King. "These are the size businesses that will be able to best utilize our services. Liz has appointed a Director of Human Resources and a Director of Professional Billing to handle management of staff in theses areas. Barbara Turner (HR) and Erin Bruder (MB) both have a range of experience in their respective fields and have worked with Liz for the past several years.
