Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives Liz Sayre-King, President of Professional Solutions Plus, has worked in the medical practice management, human resources and medical billing field since 1988. In addition, Liz has published several practice management articles and provides consulting services to many different types of provider organizations, including hospital-based, private practice, multi-specialty, community health and rural health clinics.

Director of Accounts Receivable Management Alana Peters is the Director of Accounts Receivable at PSP. She has worked in the healthcare field since 1994, and since 2003 has been focused in accounts receivable management. In 2008 she was promoted to Director of Accounts Receivable management, and now oversees the work of the entire AR staff at PSP. Alana has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Assisting (MA) and has worked in both the clinical and administrative departments of medical practices.

Tara Brien is PSP's Compliance Coding Auditor. She has worked in the healthcare field since 1998, having focused for the past nine years on medical record auditing, documentation, and evaluation and management coding education. Tara is a registered health information assistant (RHIA) and a certified professional coder (CPC).
